The initial interview is confidential, lasts about half an hour, costs $40, and usually takes place at The Centre.
Typically within twenty-four hours you are given the phone number of a CPS therapist. CPS therapists usually charge between $70 and $90 per hour, but some therapists can offer flexibility in their rate to those who need it. Our psychotherapy service is not covered by OHIP.
When you phone your therapist, the two of you arrange a time and place to meet to begin the conversation that is psychotherapy.
